The tipping point came during an annual review when the feedback was vague and lacked constructive guidance for growth, clearly indicating that my career progression was stagnant. Recognizing that staying would hinder my personal and professional development, I decided it was time to pursue a more fulfilling and challenging opportunity elsewhere.
