I decided to leave my job after realizing that the company’s values no longer aligned with my own, and the work environment had become increasingly toxic. Over time, I witnessed a significant lack of support for professional development, coupled with poor leadership decisions that demoralized the team. Recognizing that staying would hinder my personal and professional development, I decided it was time to pursue a more fulfilling and challenging opportunity elsewhere.
