I decided to leave my job after realizing that the company’s values no longer aligned with my own, and the work environment had become increasingly toxic. Over time, I witnessed a significant lack of support for professional development, coupled with poor leadership decisions that demoralized the team. Despite my efforts to address these issues with management, there were no meaningful changes. The tipping point came during an annual review when the feedback was vague and lacked constructive guidance for growth, clearly indicating that my career progression was stagnant. Recognizing that staying would hinder my personal and professional development, I decided it was time to pursue a more fulfilling and challenging opportunity elsewhere.
