Tonight, I spent a significant amount of time scrolling through social media, which I consider unproductive. This time could have been better spent on activities that align more closely with my personal or professional objectives, such as reading a book related to my interests, practicing a new skill, or even unwinding with a purposeful break like meditative exercises. Mindlessly surfing the web did not contribute to my goals, either immediate or long-term, and served mainly as a distraction from more meaningful activities.
