Tonight, I spent a significant amount of time scrolling through social media, which I consider unproductive. While it’s an effective way to stay informed and connected, I found myself mindlessly browsing various feeds without any particular purpose for over an hour. This time could have been better spent on activities that align more closely with my personal or professional objectives, such as reading a book related to my interests, practicing a new skill, or even unwinding with a purposeful break like meditative exercises. Mindlessly surfing the web did not contribute to my goals, either immediate or long-term, and served mainly as a distraction from more meaningful activities.
“What is an activity you engaged in tonight that didn’t contribute to any of your goals?”
