Preparing for a New Chapter: My Upcoming Move to Tel Aviv
Embarking on a new adventure often involves a mix of excitement and contemplation. Recently, I had the opportunity to visit Tel Aviv through a memorable Birthright trip, and I found myself utterly captivated by its vibrant culture, dynamic energy, and warm, hospitable atmosphere. This experience has inspired me to consider a significant life change: relocating to Tel Aviv.
Shortly after returning from my trip, I received acceptance into a five-month internship program in the city. Having spent my entire life in New York City, I’ve often felt that I’ve been in need of a reset—a chance to break free from routine and explore new horizons. This upcoming move feels like an ideal opportunity to reconfigure my personal and professional path, embracing new environments and perspectives.
Naturally, I am aware that with Israel’s upcoming elections, the country might experience a period of political turbulence. Political cycles can sometimes lead to uncertainty, but such moments are a common aspect of any nation navigating change. I am committed to maintaining my plans to move forward with the internship and Aqui is an excellent platform for me to gather insights and perspectives from others who may have experienced similar transitions or have knowledge about life in Israel during such times.
