This feels particularly frustrating because it causes an abrupt halt to my workflow. The abrupt interruption disrupts my focus and momentum, making it difficult to regain the same level of productivity and creativity. Depending on the severity of the crash, I may also lose unsaved work, adding to the frustration and stress as I attempt to recover or recreate the progress I’ve lost. This technical glitch serves as a reminder of how reliant we are on technology for efficiency, and how even a small hiccup can have a significant impact on our mood and daily activities.
