Fascinating 9/11 photo.
On September 11th, a group of men was spotted standing on a box truck, celebrating and filming the attacks on the World Trade Center. Later that day, they were arrested and interrogated. Shortly thereafter, the country that sent them to document the events requested their return, and the FBI complied.
