As I settled into a relaxed state, my breathing slowed and deepened, paving the way for my imagination to take flight. In that state, I felt a profound sense of euphoria and interconnectedness with the world. Colors appeared more vibrant, and I experienced an overwhelming sensation of lightness and warmth. There were moments when the imagery became so vivid that it almost felt as though I was transcending the physical confines of my surroundings, creating a surreal reality much like the heightened sensory experiences reported during a psychedelic trip. The session concluded with feelings of peace and clarity, echoing the afterglow often associated with such journeys, but without the use of any external substances.
