I embarked on a dedicated training journey over several months, gradually building my endurance and pushing past physical and mental barriers. Throughout this period, I learned the importance of discipline, resilience, and maintaining a positive mindset. This moment bolstered my confidence, not just as a runner, but in life, reminding me that challenges can be overcome with dedication and the right support system.
