Despite these superficial signs, the core struggles remain unresolved. The Israeli blockade continues to restrict the entry of essential goods necessary for daily survival. Medical supplies, construction materials, humanitarian aid, and tools needed to rebuild destroyed homes remain inaccessible to the residents.
