This is the question — the one that lies beyond physics, beneath language, and at the origin of both consciousness and cosmos. And yet it is also a question of structure, of foundation, of systems design for reality itself.

If I were to build such a system — to account for both the human experience and the lawfulness of the Universe — I would not begin with particles or equations.

I would begin with relation and process, not with “things.” I would begin with a meta-law, not laws.
