One of the most foolish things I did while intoxicated was attempting to navigate my way home from a friend’s house without considering the conditions or route fully. I ended up taking a path through a wooded area, thinking it was a shortcut, but became thoroughly disoriented. The darkness and alcohol blurred my sense of direction, leading me to wander aimlessly for what felt like hours.
