After conducting some thorough research and consulting with a dermatologist, I found that my skin issues were primarily caused by an allergy to certain ingredients commonly found in my skincare products. Many typical skincare products include fragrances, parabens, and sulfates, which can irritate sensitive skin or cause allergic reactions. I noticed that whenever I tried new products with these components, my skin would flare up. This discovery prompted me to switch to products labeled as hypoallergenic and made with natural ingredients. Additionally, I learned that my diet also played a significant role; consuming too much dairy and sugar tended to exacerbate my skin condition. By eliminating these dietary triggers and using gentler skincare products, my skin significantly improved.
