It provides an opportunity to learn about what genuinely excites them, whether it’s a creative pursuit, a sport, or any other endeavor that holds a significant place in their heart. Additionally, the “why” part of the question often uncovers deeper motivations and aspirations, offering insights into their values and priorities. This question usually facilitates rich conversations and helps build a meaningful connection, as it encourages the other person to open up about what truly matters to them.
