Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and offered a complimentary drink in the lounge while waiting to check in. The front desk staff took the time to chat with me about my travel plans and even offered personalized recommendations for local dining and attractions based on my interests. When I mentioned it was a special occasion, they upgraded me to a suite with an incredible view and had a handwritten note waiting with a small welcome gift.
Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went out of their way to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
