Sometimes, inadequate supplies such as empty soap dispensers, missing toilet paper, or hand towels can turn a routine visit into a frustrating ordeal. Such conditions highlight the ongoing importance of maintaining public facilities to ensure they are clean, functional, and pleasant for all users.
