There was a lack of communication between her and myself which led to a missed dosage of important medication. When I inquired politely about my medication schedule, instead of addressing my concerns, she appeared defensive and seemed to take it personally. This resulted in a significant delay in administering the medication, which exacerbated post-operative pain and discomfort.

Whenever I tried to discuss my symptoms thoroughly, he quickly interrupted, giving the impression that he had already made up his mind without considering all aspects of my condition. This approach left me feeling dismissed and frustrated, ultimately leading me to seek care elsewhere where I felt listened to and involved in my treatment decisions.
