My secondary goal was to improve my nutritional habits by focusing on whole foods, reducing sugar intake, and ensuring a balanced diet rich in vegetables, fruits, proteins, and healthy fats. To track my progress, I utilized a fitness app to monitor my daily exercise and calorie intake, which helped me stay accountable. Over time, not only did I feel more energetic and fit, but I also noticed improvements in my mood and overall well-being. This resolution taught me the value of consistency and the profound impact of small, manageable lifestyle changes over time.
